Every dish has a reason, and every corner of this space has a story. We’re glad you’re here to see it.
We prepare all of our pork on the premises bacon, sausages and ham. The bacon takes 2 weeks to cure, dry and smoke before it arrives on your plate.
Our brine-cured beef brisket pastrami takes about 10 days to cure before being roasted, cooled, then sliced.
Jill's hand-made premium beef burgers are all cold-smoked for several hours to deliver those extra deep flavors we know that you love!
Did you Know?
Our sauerkraut is made with mixed cabbage and Maras salt, then fermented for 2 weeks to allow those amazing probiotics and flavors to mature.
At Jill's, all of our artisanal sausages/hotdogs are hand-made & cold-smoked on our premises.
We make 8 types of bread in the bakery located at our partner company Jack's Café, calle Ruinas 493. Just a 30 second walk from Jill's.
The locally-sourced trout is prepared and brined before being smoked for 3 hours over hickory woodchips
